About Nansha Port
According to the official statistics of Port of Nansha, part of the Guangzhou Port Group, Nansha Port is now the only deep water port on The Western Pearl River Delta of China.
Nansha Port is a major automotive export hub in South China, featuring a large cluster of roll-on/roll-off (ro-ro) terminals and a specialized export supervision warehouse. The port streamlines car exports through services like 24-hour customs clearance, “immediate check upon arrival” procedures for ro-ro ships, and a “package” service mechanism. Nansha serves as a gateway for both new and used car exports, with routes reaching Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and South America, including significant trade with Hong Kong.
Part of the Guangzhou Port Group, Nansha Port now accounts for 75% of the total volume of the group, and is the fastest growing port in South China with volumes increasing every year since opening in 2004.
